About us
Holtz was founded in 1987 in Brazil and since then has been dedicated in the civil construction market of the most varied types of construction projects, standing out in the local market for its professionalism and efficiency. Throughout this 31 years many project were built by Holtz, such as residential and commercial buildings, banks, hospitals, government buildings and public schools. The company also has a long list of interior and exterior renovations for all types of buildings.
In 2018 Holtz started operations in Canada led by the second generation of family engineers. From then on, Holtz General Contracting, a new company with the same traditional values as its Brazilian headquarters, is a Canadian company focused on attending the high demand of Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) market with expertise acquired in short term projects such as renovations and construction of new restaurants for large franchise chains across Ontario.
